Pink Almond Pearls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can almond paste
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped seedless raisins
    1/2 c. finely chopped dried apricots
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. rum flavoring or extract (brandy flavoring may be used)
    Pink Icing
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients except icing in a medium sized bowl. Mix with
    fork
    to
    blend
    completely
    (mixture will be stiff). Roll 1
    teaspoon
    at
    a
    time into marble sized balls between palms of hands.
    Drop into Pink Icing.
