Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soaked rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in salt water a few minutes to soften. Drain.
    Mix all ingredients together except tomato soup.
    Add to mixture 2 tablespoons soup and mix again.
    Divide meat mixture into 8 equal parts.
    Roll up in cabbage leaves.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Place seam side down in casserole.
    Cover with remaining tomato soup.
    Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
