Lincoln'S Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 14 tortillas
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    2 small cans Old El Paso diced chili peppers
    pepper and salt
    small amount oregano
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    salsa
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and chili peppers.
    Pepper and salt well.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Put in each tortilla some of the ground beef, 2 tablespoons refried beans, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Roll tortillas up and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour salsa over to taste, then pour enchilada sauce all over it.
