Hot Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
    1 (3 oz.) can black olives, sliced
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 (16 oz. each) cans sliced potatoes
    12 oz. roasted red peppers, cut up
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    generous dash parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
