Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped nuts or 5 crackers (crumbs)
Preparation

Allow cream cheese to soften (real mushy).
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Form into a ball and roll in either chopped nuts or cracker crumbs.
