Vegetable Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls
1 to 2 heads broccoli
1 1/2 green peppers
several carrots
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayo
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
Preparation

Spread crescent rolls evenly in cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, mayo and Ranch dressing together and spread evenly over rolls.
Chop broccoli, peppers and carrots very fine and sprinkle over top.
Also, sprinkle both cheeses on top.
Refrigerate.
(Better after refrigerated.)
