Red Cabbage With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 c. shredded red cabbage
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. red wine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry onion in butter 3 or 4 minutes.
    Add cabbage and sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Then add wine and vinegar. Cover and cook slowly for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
