Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer or favorite chicken pieces
Preparation
    In large skillet saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add catsup, water, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and chili powder.
    Bring to boil.
    Add chicken.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Turn pieces occasionally.
    Uncover and simmer 15 minutes or longer until tender.
