Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (do not cook)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch).
    Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater).
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
