Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    4 oz. chopped black olives
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    garlic powder to taste
    seasoned salt to taste
    4 large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and spread on tortillas.
    Roll up; cover tightly with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate until very chilled.
    This can be made up to 2 days ahead.
    Before serving, slice in 1-inch pieces and serve with salsa or sour cream.
    Serves 8 to 12.
