Shrimp Arnaud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled boiled shrimp
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. minced shallots
    1/2 c. Creole mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Mix everything together, except shrimp.
    Pour over shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
