My Special Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. sugar
    6 carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    round steak, cubed
    rice, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil; drain.
    Add water, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion and all other condiments and seasonings.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add vegetables and continue to cook until vegetables are tender (20 to 30 minutes).
    Serve over rice.
