Southern Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil in skillet. Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chops.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
