Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour or cornmeal
Preparation
    Flake salmon; reserve juice.
    Mix egg with salmon.
    Then stir in flour or cornmeal.
    Add baking powder to 1/4 cup of salmon juice.
    Stir into salmon mixture.
    Spoon drops into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
