Avocado And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 nice avocados, cubed
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 small red onion, chopped and diced
    salad greens
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble.
    Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over avocados and toss.
    Stir in bacon, tomatoes and onion.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (until very chilled).
    Just before serving, spoon over salad greens with slotted spoon.
    Serve immediately.
