1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. parsley
3 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Mix ground beef with onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper; shape mixture into meatballs. Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add half of the meatballs; cook over low heat until brown.
Repeat with other half of the meatballs over low heat.
Add the flour to the leftover fat in skillet and stir.
Add chicken broth a little at a time.
Cook, stirring, until it thickens.
Add cream, mustard and green onions. Add meatballs to sauce.
Serve with egg noodles.
