Chicken Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 onion, diced
    12 mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. cooked chicken white meat
    salt to taste
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine broth, celery and onion.
    Cook until tender, then add mushrooms and chicken. Boil about 10 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and sauce.
    Add eggs gradually and cook until firm.
    Serve at once.
    Serve hot.
