Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. milk
4 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

In skillet in hot oil, saute celery and onion until soft and tender-crisp.
Combine soup and milk.
Add all ingredients together and stir until completely mixed.
Pour into 10 x 6-inch baking dish or casserole dish and microwave until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
