Praise The Lord Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
    3 to 4 bananas, sliced
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 large pkg. instant pudding
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and bake cake according to directions in 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes. Make pudding by directions; cool.
    Pour pineapple mixture over baked cake; cool.
    Arrange slices of banana over mixture; then spread pudding evenly.
    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
