Chicken Caesar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 can anchovies, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken halves
1/2 lb. green beans, drained and cooled
6 to 8 small potatoes, cooked and cooled, cut into quarters
3/4 c. cooked or thawed frozen corn
1 medium carrot, cut in halves
2 green peppers, sliced
finely chopped parsley
basil
Preparation

To make Caesar Dressing, place first 7 ingredients in food processor, processing until smooth and creamy.
Add salt to taste.
