Italian Beef For Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. rolled rump roast or 6 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    3 c. water
    1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. basil
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook on low heat (325\u00b0) for 4 hours.
    Remove from heat. Take meat out
    of
    juice
    to
    cool
    and\tslice.\tPlace back in juice. (If chuck
    roast is used, remove fat and take apart in small pieces.)
