Rancher'S Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian beans in tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Coat medium saucepan with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add green pepper; saute 3 minutes. Add baked beans and remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Contains about 125 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
    Contains protein 6, fat 0.7, carbohydrates 2515, cholesterol 0, iron 2.2, sodium 494 and calcium 67.
