Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation

Mix mashed potatoes, milk and melted butter together.
Sift remaining ingredients together to make a soft dough and add to sweet potato mixture.
Turn out on a floured board and toss lightly until outside looks smooth.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with floured biscuit cutter.
Bake on a greased baking sheet at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
