Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges (undrained)
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; beat for 30 seconds on low speed, then medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour batter into two 9-inch greased cake pans.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool on the wire rack.
    Mix together the pudding and the pineapple; stir 2 minutes.
    Mix in Cool Whip and then frost the cake; keep refrigerated.
