Six-Layer Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. sliced raw potatoes
    1 c. sliced raw onion
    1 c. sliced raw carrots (thin)
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Lightly brown sausage; drain on paper towel and cut into small pieces.
    Into a 2-quart dish, place the vegetables in order given. Sprinkle with seasoning mixed together and top with sausage. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
