Virginia'S Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 can hominy, drained
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    4 chopped green onions
    2 chopped seeded tomatoes
    1 c. medium picante sauce
    bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve with tortilla chips. Keeps 2 plus weeks.
