Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 medium potatoes *
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes and 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion (including tops)
Preparation

Cook potatoes in skins.
In saucepan, heat cheese, oleo and soup until cheese melts.
Stir frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Peel and finely chop potatoes.
Mix potatoes with onion and sauce.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix corn flakes and oleo and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
