Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
sprinkle of mace
juice of 1/2 lemon
20 Ritz crackers
1 lb. crabmeat
1/4 c. sherry (optional)
Preparation

Cook onion, green pepper and celery in margarine; set aside. Mix together the other ingredients.
Crumble in Ritz crackers. Add crabmeat and mix lightly, adding \"set aside\" vegetables.
Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
