Crunchy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head leaf lettuce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Roast sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds approximately 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and add seed mixture.
Toss with your favorite Italian dressing.
Serves 6.
