Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose enriched flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk or 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk and 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast (dissolve thoroughly)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    6 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients and add the flour. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Flour kneading board lightly and roll out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place in baking dish and allow to rise for 2 hours. Before baking, brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 13 to 14 minutes. Can be baked immediately, but better if you let them rise. Very easy and very good.
