Sweet Potato Casserole #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 sweet potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    marshmallows
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel, boil and mash sweet potatoes.
    Add softened butter, eggs and sherry.
    Whip mixture until fluffy.
    Add seasonings and fold in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
    Place in rectangular casserole dish. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Top generously with marshmallows and broil until top is brown.
