Kate'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 breasts of chicken or whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Pull off bone. Mix and heat soup, broth, sour cream and poppy seed.
Put chicken in casserole and pour soup mixture over.
Put crackers and margarine on top.
Cook at 325\u00b0 until bubbly for 30 minutes.
