Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and milk gradually. Mix well. Add salt and baking powder. Sift with flour and salt. Add margarine, vanilla and coconut. Pour into 2 (8-inch) pie pans, lightly greased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set. Makes its own crust.
