Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup (2-oz.) chopped walnuts
    3 cups milk
    2 squares (2-oz.) unsweetened chocolate
    3 cups bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 to 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Combine milk and chocolate in top of double boiler.
    Heat until a thin film appears on surface.
    Stir until blended.
    Prepare and turn into a large bowl 3 cups bread crumbs.
    Mix chopped walnuts.
    Add chocolate mixture gradually to bread crumbs, mixing thoroughly with a fork. Mix together eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Pour egg mixture over bread crumb mixture.
    Toss with fork to blend well.
    Turn into prepared casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
