Puffy Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    4 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. water
    1/3 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites and water until stiff, not dry.
    Combine egg yolks, salt and pepper.
    Beat until thick. Gently fold yolk mixture into whites.
