Barbara'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    3 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in bowl and add margarine, cutting together with knife as for pastry.
    Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.
    To remainder of mixture, add baking powder, evaporated milk, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix together well. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle topping over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
