Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    cheese crackers or Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve liquid.
    Mix cheese, sugar and flour.
    Add pineapple.
    Add small amount of liquid as needed.
    Top with crushed cheese crackers or Ritz crackers.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
