Jam Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. strawberry jam
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and cream cheese.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour, mixing well.
    Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut into rounds with a 2-inch cookie cutter.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jam on each cookie; fold in opposite sides, slightly overlapping edges.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes 2 dozen.
