Crispy Chicken Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
20 slices bread, crusts removed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. Spread evenly on 10 slices of bread.
Top with the remaining 10 slices. Wrap individually in freezer wrap and freeze.
