Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can yellow cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    3 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pod bell pepper
    1 container sour cream
Preparation
    Use
    rubber
    gloves when you chop jalapeno pepper.
    Mix all ingredients
    except
    cheese.
    Pour\t1/2
    batter
    into hot greased iron skillet.
    Sprinkle half of grated cheese on top. Pour remaining
    batter
    and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
