Sugared Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. (1 can) Spanish peanuts
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine
    ingredients in electric skillet.
    Set temperature at 300\u00b0
    and
    stir
    briskly
    until
    the
    sugar
    and water mixture is all absorbed and looks crystallized.
    Spread evenly on a
    cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes stirring 2 or 3
    times. Watch
    carefully
    as peanuts will burn easily in oven.
    Cool on foil.
    Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
