Del Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 c. fine coconut
    2 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the graham cracker crumbs and coconut; set aside.
    Mix the eggs, 2 sticks butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla together and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add to crumb mixture.
    Butter a large 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet and pat crumb mixture into pan. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat well.
    Mix top or crumb mixture.
    Spread melted butter and chocolate chips on top of the entire mixture.
    Chill until hard.
    Remove from refrigerator about 1/2 hour before serving.
