Hawaiian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 pkg. pecans
Preparation

Pour crushed drained pineapple into paper towels and blot. Make sure to drain pineapple well.
Mix all ingredients together and form into ball.
Roll in pecans until cheese ball is covered well.
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
