Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 large onions
    24 green peppers
    12 red peppers
    8 hot banana peppers (without seeds)
    1/2 c. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stalk celery
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 pt. boiling water
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 pt. sugar
Preparation
    Grind onions and peppers in food processor.
    Pour this over 1 pint vinegar and 1 pint of boiling water and let stand for 1/2 hour.
    Drain mixture or squeeze out until dry.
    Put this mixture into a kettle of 1 quart vinegar and 1 pint of sugar; let come to a boil.
    Stir mixture well and put into pint jars and seal.
    (The mixture will be hot.)
    This is good with pinto beans!
