Crunchy Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can chunk style tuna
    1 (5 oz.) can shrimp
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. salted cashews or almonds, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Empty soup and evaporated milk into 2-quart casserole dish. Add tuna, shrimp, onion, celery and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Season to taste, going light on the salt.
    Add 3/4 can chow mein noodles and mix again.
    Cover with remaining noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
