Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. Longhorn or sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small jar stuffed olives
12 to 16 small sweet pickles, finely chopped or 5 tsp. relish
1/3 c. chopped onion (finely)
Preparation

Grind in blender the Cheddar cheese and olives.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Mold in a ball and roll in chopped pecans. May add a cherry to top and parsley leaves for decoration.
