Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split and boned
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. Basic Spaghetti Sauce, thawed
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute chicken breasts on all sides in oil.
    Add Basic Spaghetti Sauce.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Remove chicken from sauce.
    Add wine to sauce and simmer for 10 minutes longer, uncovered.
    Serve sauce over spaghetti; top with chicken and cheese.
    Yield: 8 servings.
