Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage, browned
    2 large onions, diced and sauteed
    1 bell pepper, diced and sauteed
    3 c. celery, diced and sauteed
    1 c. uncooked rice
    8 c. boiling water
    4 pkg. Lipton noodle soup
    1 c. blanched almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Add soup to boiling water.
    Add all ingredients together. Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 12.
    This is a hearty main meal.
