Toasted Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats, toasted *
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk **
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, toasted oats, nuts, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    In small bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, honey and egg; mix well.
    Add to dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each greased or lined muffin cup.
    (Muffin cups will be very full.) Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 12 muffins.
