Honey-Glazed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium acorn squash
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Halve squash and remove seeds and discard stringy fibers.
Put cut side down in shallow baking pan and add 1/2 hot water.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
Remove squash and pour off water.
Turn squash cut side up.
Mix remaining ingredients and divide among squash.
Bake, basting twice with glaze about 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
